$380 USDPer-assessment fee covering initial consultation, on-site observation (typically 4-6 hours across different service periods), analysis, recommendations report, and implementation support session.
Includes: Comprehensive workflow analysis, written recommendations, 30-day follow-up support, additional consultation available at hourly rate
Payment flexibility: We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. For ongoing services like delivery, billing occurs with each shipment. Workshop fees are due at registration. Consulting can be invoiced with Net 30 terms for established businesses.

Life happens. Contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, and we'll move your registration to the next available workshop date without additional charge. Same-day cancellations forfeit the fee, but we try to be reasonable about genuine emergencies.

The assessment phase typically requires 4-6 hours of observation spread across different service periods (morning rush, mid-day, afternoon). You'll receive recommendations within one week, and implementation support timing depends on your schedule. Most cafes see measurable improvements within 2-3 weeks of implementing recommendations.
Do you offer group rates for workshops?
For groups of 4 or more registering together, we can discuss modest discounts. We also offer private workshop sessions for established groups (cafe teams, coffee clubs, etc.) with custom pricing based on size and specific learning goals.
What geographic areas do you serve?
Delivery operates internationally with varying shipping times based on location. Workshops currently run in select cities with quarterly schedule updates on our website. Cafe consulting can travel to most locations, with travel costs added to the base assessment fee for locations beyond our primary service area.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We want you to be genuinely happy with your experience. For delivery, there's no commitment keeping you subscribed. For workshops, if you're dissatisfied with the experience, let us know immediately and we'll discuss appropriate response. For consulting, payment is due only after you've received and reviewed recommendations. We stand behind our work.
